Reformat dates in a CSV

In this example I had some data in CSV form that I’d used to create a Chart. When I created the Chart several years ago my chart block didn’t support timeline options. It does now. So I used AI to convert the first column of the CSV.

Given this CSV convert the dates from format Mon YY to YYYY-MM-DD. Use the last day of the month for DD
